Commercial Foreclosure Crisis

Ah, the California Gold Rush of 1849...

What that must have been like...

Exciting. Profitable. Dangerous.

Fortunes Made. Lives Lost.

A strange myth was born from that gold rush
that has been DAMAGING your business for

complaining about dogs, odors, loud music, etc.

-No Eviction Process
If your tenants don’t pay, there is no eviction process, just change the lock and
demand payment. If they still don’t pay, you can auction the contents of the unit
to help recoup any losses. That beats going to court and fighting for your unit for
months on end!

-Great Cash Flow
Mini-storage properties can be a great source of cash flow! You can get dollar per
square foot rental rate comparable to other Commercial Real Estate properties,
with a fraction of the overhead expenses like utilities, taxes, insurance, or
management. You can even install automatic systems that give tenants access
with a key code and make your investment truly passive!

Running your Real Estate Properties
