Commercial Foreclosure Crisis

Ah, the California Gold Rush of 1849...

What that must have been like...

Exciting. Profitable. Dangerous.

Fortunes Made. Lives Lost.

A strange myth was born from that gold rush
that has been DAMAGING your business for
years because it is accepted as truth.

So what is this small but evil little lie?

"The people who made the most money
in the gold rush of 1849 were people
selling the shovels."

Hahahahahahaha. Don't kid yourself.

Of course, local shop owners made massive
profits from the sales of wares to the droves
of people coming to find gold. Many riches
were made from shovels indeed, but...

Even the shovel makers, salesman, or shop
owners could not compete with where the real
fortune was in the gold rush of 1849...

What if I told you one of the biggest fortunes from
the 1849 gold rush was IN FACT gold (duh) BUT...

It was NOT found in 1849...

It was found in 1848, a year BEFORE.

A chunk worth nearly $1.6 Million today.

And even more was discovered before the rush
of 300,000 people came and were left to fight
for scraps while shovel salesman sold them
dreams and wares from 1849 onward to 1855.

In a weird way, right now is YOUR 1848.

What will you do with it?

Will you let the prospectors, shovel salesman,
late comers, dream stealers, and desperate
competition come and beat you to it?

You're faster than the late comers...

You're smarter than the shovel salesman...

And on Dec 8th you're putting your stake in the ground.

For 500 action takers committed to taking
advantage of this time BEFORE the flood
I have prepared the best training on finding,
negotiating, and profiting from commercial
short sale deals EVER.

Years from now people will look back on the
upcoming commercial foreclosure crisis as
our gold rush...
