Apartment Property Investor
I am going to offend a few people. As many of you know I have becomepretty good at that.. I can tell whether a person will be successfulor not in the commercial real estate businessby the questions that they ask me. For example, I just sent an email to my commercial broker friends telling them ofmy newest book that is geared toward helping them make more commission dollars faster and with less stressand hassle. The price $9.95. I get three brokers that ask me questionsabout what is IN THE BOOK so they canmake a decision as to whether to buy a$9.95 book or not. HMMM. Let me see – the $9.95 book can lead youto say maybe ONE MORE deal this yearor one more idea that can be used tomake more money. And you are askingme what is in the book so you candecide whether you spend $9.95 or not? Frankly, you need to get off my list and or getout of my programs…. OR I have Private Clients that invest up to $9,700annually to work with me on real estate projects.This is ON TOP OF investing any money into these properties as well. They want first shot at great projects and my guidance and assistancethroughout the process. For this kind ofinvestment they deserve it. Also, these folks are my most successful real estate owners and investors. Am I Saying Throw Your Money Around Carelessly? Of course not. Make sure you understand that you cannot be seriousabout your progress as a real estate owner, an apartmentproperty investor, a commercial real estate broker, etc.and be cheap at the same time. Won’t work. Your progress in wealth and/or career is not an expense..it is an investment! Those that treat it as an investmenttend to be the most successful. I want you to ponder this as we head to a new year. Itmay be what has been keeping you from where youhave been wanting to get to??
